Hello, i'm just a newbie here. I know someone who got foot and ankle pain all the time and i really think that what he needs is EXERCISE. Could you guys help me recommend a routine for him? His foot and ankle pain is mainly caused by his driving. His lower legs also hurt at times, well seldomly. Thank you guys!
Arm by cycling rowing ankle tapes lavender oil for the painful joints and at least 3 glasses of milk a day

Hi there, i used to get these problems so would be happy to help, if the.person like brekkies like an egg in the morning,put more salt on than usual, have a glass of milk first thing in the morning, milk in coffee, and half a glass about 30mins before bed but definetly up the salt content(but so it still tastes good).and just dairy.products in general and an orange a day helps!
