How many times to work out?

Hi, so I am doing an arm workout and I was just wondering how many times a week I should be working them out! I have a bench in my garage so going to the gym isn't a problem.

I would try progressive overload. Start twice a week with rest days. If you feel good at end of week go for another session. Then continue that pattern. Also add weight andor reps very slowly as required. This avoids injury and allows muscle to repair. There is a balance. Too little obviously little results. But too much and muscle can't repair completely so you work more than necessary to get results.
