Does anyone know any tricep workouts that really work for women? Another problem is that I can't always go to the gym and have no home equipment to work with. Help wanted!

Diamond pushups. Search workouts using word tricep. Hold water bottles or food cans to add light weight.

Tricep push-ups use your own body weight and they are great. No equipment needed. They look like a push-up, but your hands are positioned right beneath your chest/shoulders and your elbows point back toward your feet when bent, instead of out to the side like in a push-up.
