Hello, anyone! I can't decide myself when it's the best time for doing some exercises. I don't refer only to the part of the day, but taking into consideration the time since the last meal. How much time should pass before doing some exercises after one has eaten his/her meal or even dinner?
Various types of people prefer evening after work / early before is just personal preference .
Well i do my workouts in the evening, that's when im steady at home and 2hrs after dinner so that i can go to sleep feeling much more relaxed. it all depends of ur schedule.
