Loving exercising is the the most important part.
I use to hate exercise, but when my doctor told me if I carry on eating I will get diabetes, that was the first day of my new life,so far I have lost 17 kgs got another 8 kgs to go and turn my belly into a toned belly
Once you get into exercise it becomes addictive, especially when you start seeing results.
