What are some if the best free workout program's to choose?

I only ask as every single one it recommended for me on here I'd have to pay for.

The only free one I found is the art of exercise. I saw at least three of those. The downfall is the workouts are all like 7 min is all.

This app has plenty of free workouts. Look for ones that don't have Pro on them. Use the Filter option, then choose the individual workouts rather than the programs.
Sworkit is free and offers bodyweight routines; you can choose the area of the body or whole body, and set the length.

Yeah I saw a few but I think I will probably stick with fitness blender, be fit, gymra and BodyRock though as I prefer them.

They look quite okay but yeah short and if I do a short workout I tend to use BodyRock or be fit so maybe I will stick with you tube
