I've been wanting to get into working out as I have been neglecting it for quite a long time. Lately though I have been having intense back pain, sometimes lower back, sometimes upper, shoulders, and neck.
In addition to workouts to help me tone up, lose weight and gain strength , it's also important for me to find some workouts or stretches that will help relieve my back pain. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Stability, balance and core exercises to strengthen your back. Yoga is a good form of flexibility training as well. Such exercises as bird dogs, cat cows, cobras etc...
There is a program on here for lower back pain. I have done it.
