Exercises for Back Pain

Hey everyone,
I've been wanting to get into working out as I have been neglecting it for quite a long time. Lately though I have been having intense back pain, sometimes lower back, sometimes upper, shoulders, and neck.
In addition to workouts to help me tone up, lose weight and gain strength , it's also important for me to find some workouts or stretches that will help relieve my back pain. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Stability, balance and core exercises to strengthen your back.  Yoga is a good form of flexibility training as well.  Such exercises as bird dogs, cat cows, cobras etc...

There is a program on here for lower back pain. I have done it.

Stretch & Strengthen Back is a simple 6 minute exercise, but helps when I wake up with morning back pain. 
I've also done this for back pain: Back pain gone !

Due to the nature of my work lower back pain is a problem though walking and light stretching is the best for recovery.. should consult a physio if it is really bad..
