Let me start of by saying if you Dont know who CR7 is, google it first.
I idolize cr7 type of body because its highly functional. I've heard about crazy workout regiments that he does but never a real authentic source.
All you professional athletes and fitness coaches, please help me in creating a good program.
I'd like to make it a 12-month program.
My assumptions are that there is going to be circuit, plyometric, heavy weight training, explosive strength training and other kinds of conditioning which help with agility and flexibility.
So here is the request. Fill in this:
Circuit - ?%
Plyometric - ?%
Heavy weights - ?%
Explosive strength exercises - ?%
Sport specific conditioning -%?
If possible please do mention why :)
I will surely follow this program once we've made it :)

I don't know about his workout style, but Cristiano Ronaldo is an amazing football player. I idolize him too but not because of his body, mainly because of his hard work ethic and being a machine inside the pitch. Hope someone helps you out.
