Hey I need/want to put on some weight but I want that weight to be muscle, I want to know how to do it. I have a pretty healthy diet but I'm trying to eat more. What should I eat and what should my workout be to achieve this?

To make or muscle and not fat u still need to eat more. But make sure u eat clean, no junk food etc. Try to eat more protein and fruit, veggies. U must also workout out hard. Lift heavy and do somewhere between 8 to 12 sets to build muscle
