what's a good exercise to start the day with? especially to loose belly fat, back fat and arm fat?? also walking, jogging, running isn't an option do to stay at home mom and snowing outside... you name it and I'll do it!!! thank you all in advanceā™”

May be you have to stat lifting.. dhumbells are small and can be done on home
