What's going on Maja, I've done the Insainty Max Interval if that's what you're asking about. It's awesome but very hard! A lot of complex movement that I would only do if I've completed the "normal" insanity. Or if your in really good shape already!
You look like you take care of your self! I know what you mean I hurt my knee doing a move called Mountain Climbers during the Max interval training, and never did it again lol if your knee already bothered you I think you can find a better program out there. Your welcome!
