So I tried the jj advanced. I like it. Except I replaced the grasshopper pushups with pull ups. I might give the others a go later today. Good stuff man

Just tried the J&J "Advanced" (MV):
Nice, needed those transitions... I liked the fact it made me work on balance as well.

I don't dare try the other two since I'm not in the "intense" zone yet, at least not that much.
