Hi guys! I need some motivation to get back on track :(( I'd done so far but dont know how to start again it feels like im starting all over again.

Man just start light and keep at it ull get back on track

just change diet slowly cutting out certain foods n adding healthy choices. start doing a little walking n little strength. buildup. you'll get there
