OK so I love being thick in my hips and have a bigbooty in all but its all fat what can I do to replace that fat with muscle ? I want to have small waist but thick on my lower body with muscle instead of fat so if any females can help please?

I want to build the muscle out of my own body weight could that also be possible?

Yeah I'm the same girl I'm thickkk and it's not looking so good anymore! I need to tone it up that's why I'm here for sure. Lunges and squats... and then running or walking to lose the fat

Yess that's also why I joined my husband said I look good but I am not liking what I am seeing ,its a new year time to lose a few and to tone as much as I can lol and thank you for the tips and do you know how many miles I should do if I walk ?

Eat healthier to avoid fat gain, do cardio for fat loss, do body weight (squats push-ups etc) or weights for muscle building... Easy right? Lol.... Alternate ur days, at least 30 minutes a day..
