What's your best and most effective lower back workouts? Either gym or from home

I would say deadlifts and do better compound muscle excercises

My top 3 for lower back is.
1: Deadlifts (love it)
2: Cleans (hate them, but they work really well)
3: back extensions: for the lazy people or when your tied and just want to get in some exstra work :)

All if the ones already mentioned but if you haven't done deadlifts before you could start with rack pulls
- you put the barbell on a bench and lift from there rather than the ground. It focuses the movement on the back rather than bringing the legs into it like a deadlift. It also helps you focus on getting your form correct
