Getting in shape for the military

I leave for the Navy in a few months and I was looking for some help creating a regimented workout schedule. Or even a trainer. Lol any advice would be great too. I'm not looking to lose any weight, just gain more muscle and endurance so that I'm ready for boot camp. Mostly trying to stick to calisthenics

I'm doing the same thing except I leave for marine corp bootcamp in September. There main priority is push-ups, sit ups, and running. If you do a few sets of push-ups and sit-ups till fatigue I think you'll be ok. And for cardio. Run a mile few times a day. Next week, add another mile. You'll begin to build. Hahaha no it's not compulsory at all. It's voluntary and most of the time this who join the military really want to do it. Lol and yeah I leave after I graduate from high school

Trust me on this guys, run, and run alot! Cardio is easily the most important thing. So don't forget it :) !
