I leave for the Navy in a few months and I was looking for some help creating a regimented workout schedule. Or even a trainer. Lol any advice would be great too. I'm not looking to lose any weight, just gain more muscle and endurance so that I'm ready for boot camp. Mostly trying to stick to calisthenics
Hahaha no it's not compulsory at all. It's voluntary and most of the time this who join the military really want to do it. Lol and yeah I leave after I graduate from high school
