Can you please teach me some workouts because in april I will be going to a bootcamp. Thanks

Add "drop and give me 20" to your regimen 3-5 times per week. Along with running 3-5 per week. Make sure you do other hard workouts. I've been through basic, lots of pushups and flutter kicks. Drop and give me 20 will work your abs and chest. Keep count and always try to increase your reps every week.

10 counts/burpies and flutter kicks.
Lots of them, But start small and do 5 more than you commit to every time.

Start jumpimg rope! It's a great cardio tool (especially in the winter)
You can do Hiit sessions to simulate DOUBLE TIME!

The biggest physical strain that I can remember from basic training was the leaning rest. Get into a pushup position, and then remain there until your drill sergeant is tired. Practice this, I promise it will help you once you get there.

Go running right now! ! A weak runner is the worst thing u can be in the army.   U will look like a beast if you can stay ahead of your peers.   And do a set number of push up,  sit ups and pull ups every day at least 5 days out the week and build up

Like the poster before me said, run. Good cardio is easy the most important thing, so dont forget it !
