Evening workout ideas?

I am a very busy mom of 3 kids...about the only time I have to workout is after they go to bed at night....around 8 p.m. what's some good workouts that won't keep me awake all night with energy?

Good workouts are like short timed ones.

I don't mind taking 30-45 minutes in the evenings...just don't want it to be something that is going to give me tons of energy...maybe yoga or piliates?

Yea something like that it's just that I really don't get energy with that.
