From casual to moderate

I started out with doing a couple of casual programs. Now I'm doing the moderate yoga program and a moderate full-body program and also the casual Strong & toned arms. It turned out to be way too easy for me. My plans are to continue with one full-body program and one that targets a specific body part. Should I just skip the casual programs and go straight for the moderate ones?

If you want to challenge who unselfish try doing them all. That's what I do and it keeps your body challenged. If you keep doing basic same workouts your body gets used to it, it's good to challenge yourself a bit. Good luck and have fun :)

If you feel that the routines that you are doing is to easy for you......add more challenging workouts/programs that you feel comfortable doing......I would keep casual workouts/programs as a warm up/down
