im left handed which means my left arm is my dominate arm.ive been working out for a while now for around 4 years now and im just relizing that my arms ARE UNEVEN and the problem that i have is that my dominate arm is much bigger than my weaker arm (right). is their any way to fix this? any speacial workouts? more reps? ANYTHING?
Work with dumbbells and work your weaker side first. Make sure form is good and only do as many reps on your strong as your weak arm.
