How to fix uneven arm growth??? plz help?

im left handed which means my left arm is my dominate arm.ive been working out for a while now for around 4 years now and im just relizing that my arms ARE UNEVEN and the problem that i have is that my dominate arm is much bigger than my weaker arm (right). is their any way to fix this? any speacial workouts? more reps? ANYTHING?

U can do isolation exercises with just a dumbbell. So only workout ur weaker arm. U can also do more sets or reps on the weaker arm

Work with dumbbells and work your weaker side first. Make sure form is good and only do as many reps on your strong as your weak arm.

Dan n Tyson u are right! Working with dumbells is the best thing he can do!

Well technically it's not the be and end all thing but it is the easiest until someone is confident they can contract both sides equally on a bilateral exercise.
