Needed someone to guide me....

Hii im 22 yrs lean and with a height of 5 ft 9 in. I wish to workout 5 days a week frm nw onwards.i need a perfect workout plan for muscle gain.....consider me as a newbie. And also my gym doesnt have a very sophisticated please guide me. I would be very thankful for each and every small advice....

If ur goal is to build muscle and u are lean, start with basic mass exercises: bench press, shoulder press, barbell row, barbell curls, triceps extension ans squat... u can split ur routine in 4 days: chest + tris, legs, back + bis, shoulders + abs and do some cardio on day 5...

Thanks rosa....thats really helpful to me.i can search what actually those barbell curls means in can u suggest me the reps i hav to do also.... that would be really helpful.
