What is the best back workout?

I am a snowboarder and the day after my back feels sore. Any suggestions???? Thank you!

As others have said, stretch more. The pain could also be from bad posture or ur sleeping position. To strengthen ur back do pull-ups which will really help, a long with chin-ups and also dumbbell rows etc.
