What is the best back workout?

I am a snowboarder and the day after my back feels sore. Any suggestions???? Thank you!

Stretching your back also helps. Where in your back is it sore?

What about lat machine? Especially if you can't pull up yourself yet.

A foam roller helps. I also do the following workout because I suffer from a sore lower back from time to time

As others have said, stretch more. The pain could also be from bad posture or ur sleeping  position. To strengthen ur back do pull-ups which will really help, a long with chin-ups and also dumbbell rows etc.
