I have some bad knees, and they can keep me from walking or even working out, I want to lose this weight I feel like crap....Any ideas that can cause me to drop the weight without having so much pain that makes me not want to work out....Help!
I have bad knees and ankles. Comes from years of soccer, skateboarding, n track. You can use wraps for your knees, it'll help a little. But if you can't deal with the pain avoid squats with heavy weights or any jumping exercise. Stick to low impact cardio. Just Google low impact cardio or cardio for bad knees.
