Anyone ever just skip a workout day and have sex for an hour or two instead? Yeah, I know it's cardio and has positive body roles, but should I feel a bit guilty?

Don't feel guilty, sex burns a lot of calories and relieves stress. And on top of that I'm jealous lol so sexercize away

Well if your goal is to only burn about 600 calories in your 2 hour session then by all means. If you are trying to get cut or add lean muscle mass then no there is no replacement for that.
