Any recommendations for boot camp 3 wk program vs wt loss program??

I've worked out my whole life but now after taking new position, &now being at a desk for 10+hrs a day, my wt just keeps increasing, my diet is still terribke has been 4 as long as I can remember, but 30min cardiovascular &free wtsfor 15-30 min, us getting me no where, need to switch things ip, NEED results, have tropical vacation leaving March 1st--- please help
