Ab/core workouts without plank or shoulder moves?

I am rehabbing my shoulder that has some torn cartilage. I can't seem to find a full core workout that does not incorporate planks or other intense shoulder moves. Each workout I see does have moves that are floor exercises but are intermittent with shoulder moves. I could mix and match several different workouts to meet this need, but it would be wonderful if I could find one that does this already. Any recommendations?

Just do strictly abs, and any other exercise that's not shoulders..remember you still have to use your shoulders in any workout

When a workout lists something I'm not supposed to do,  I substitute with another of the same intensity and do it for the same amount of time until the routine reaches exercises that are suitable.
If it's a really good routine,  I edit it leaving out the moves that are prohibited, then save it with a slightly different name.
