Hi I am 230 lbs and have a condition that limits me from doing exercises that have me bending my torso and I have a super big stomach due to lack of stomach exercises, so I want to do some exercises that can get me to lose weight fast but not injure myself....any suggestions please!!!

Have you tried to lower your calorie intake, drink only water, and walk?

What about leg lifts,  laying or standing; or side to side leg lifts or high knees. Those work the lower abs if done correctly,  and are good starter ones.  Look at the exercise list to see if there are any you are able to do safely.
