Change up my workout?!?

How often do I need to change up my workout routine so my body don't get too use to the same workouts! I'm not very creative when it comes to the different kinds to do I usually just use the weight machines and squat bar rack to get my workouts in so I do about 30 min cardio a hr of weights

I say everyday to make sure your body is getting different workouts

Every month for me. 4-6 weeks tends to be the standard answer on forums,
