Hey I'm a beginner and was hoping for some good workout suggestions, to get me started. Hoping to get a workout plan for all muscle groups and tips which groups are good to work together. Really any help you can offer is appreciated. Thanks.
I only have up to 8lb weights, so any for that weight range, and no weight ones work too.
Hey dan sorry for the late response, but my physical activity right now is next to none, so I'm pretty much starting from scratch. And my goals are to build a bit of muscle and just get toned, not really looking to get shredded or anything.
