I am looking for a good 20 to 30 minutes Cardio workouts can you recommend anything? Plus today is my rest day. Looking forward to hearing your input please :D

??? This is 14 minutes but u can do it twice and requires a jump rope. I haven't done it yet because of injury. U should do it and modify it to make it harder if u find it too easy. U should like it, not many people think o jump rope but I've gotten great results from it. Helps lose fat and build muscle and strength in ur legs, core and, arms and shoulders.
