Hello, I'm new to this. I am a teenager who I consider to be healthy but not physically in shape (muscle wise) I am looking to bulk up and am trying a workout whihc i constructed with the equipment I have in my house. Can people please recommend workouts/exercises for my back/triceps and abs or even look at my workout and suggest improvements

Ok I have :
Weights upto 60kg (which I can't lift yet)
Bench with bench press, pec lifting thing and leg raises
Hand squeezers 
Hope it helps

Just use what u have. Dumbbell curls, tricep extension, etc
