I never warm up or cool down and want to start

Either if these two can be used as a generic warm up and stretch out.

Gym Warm Up

Kickboxing/Martial Arts Warm up

These are stretching and can be used either side of your workout..but after some walking is good enough to bring your heart rate down.

Wind Down Or Wind Up

Here's a cooldown stretch that I created yesterday!
Full Body Stretch

For warmup do some cardio just to get your heart rate up and start breaking a sweat or feeling warm.
