Stamina help!

Just started a Running for beginners workout 3 days back. Any ideas how to build up stamina in a month and increase core and leg strength?

To increase stamina imagine a triangle.. run, walk and sprint on each sides of the triangle.. This may help u to increase stamina..

Yeah! I am currently changing up my running speeds to make my body get used to all that huffing and puffing... Thanks!
