I think I'm losing my Big Booty! This is a tragic.... any suggestions on workouts/ no workouts (lol) to keep/ get my BOOTY back!?!? Please share... asking both men & women. Thank U All!

Squatting(with weights) may help.

Thanks increased squats and lunges and working hip raises into leg/ booty & core workouts lately.

Squats with HEAVY weights. Also when you're squatting, make sure you push through your heels when you come up. A common mistake in squatting is rolling onto the toes. Keep your heels flat all the way through the squat and you'll really start to feel it in your glutes.
