My wrist is hurting

Hi evryone. When i am doing by biceps Exercises my wrist is hurting especially dumbell curl and biceps concentrated curl but its not like muscle pain its bone pain. What should i do

Use lighter weight and get your form right before increasing the weight and use ez bar for barbell curls

Use wrist straps. I made the mistake early of not using wrist straps and messed up my wrist on dumbell chest press.
