Day Two: 

Dropped 4lbs of water weight from yesterday so I'm down to 224lbs which I expect to be my true starting weight after the Xmas holidays

Sore from yesterday's workout after 2 months absence from the gym so I'm sure I'm gonna feel it even more tomorrow after what's in store today. 

Gotta push through the soreness though if I'm gonna cut enough by Mid-Feb as planned.

Day 4 222lbs 

Ate out yesterday & fat macros were off the chart although I kept under my calories. I was expecting to plateau out by now on loss of water weight anyway. 

Sore as a MF'er as well. Not done this style of training for over a year and my body is totally feeling it.

Back up to 225lbs after Xmas & New Year.
Time to get back in the gym & hoping to be back to 220lbs in 5 days.

Muscle swelling & bloated from the higher protein diet in the 1st week. Totally expected.

I need to increase how much water I drink to counteract the protein & need to push harder at the gym. Sore all over but I know I can do better.
