Does anyone else get kneck pain if u do sit ups/ bicycle crunches? Don't get it if i do it on a gym ball .:)
Neck pain from crunches is bad for you stop pulling to hard on your neck and preferably change the position of your hands with them on chest to make your abs do the work for your crunches not your arms
For me the best is actually to rest the back of my head in my palms, with focus on rest. If I have my hands across my chest I find that I start reaching my head upwards, and if I have them behind my neck I start pulling it. So, rest back of head in hands, elbows straight out all the time, NOT striving forward.
