Is the pain a good thing?

So ive made 3 work outs in 1,5 days and i am beginning to feel a slight pain in my legs and my stomach is this positive?

Pain is weakness leaving the body - keep fighting! :-)

Pain is different than being sore..if it's 'pain' you may be doing an exercise wrong! If it's soreness from working out then keep at it!

I agree, soreness after a workout is good. Muscle pain during a workout is also good. Plain old pain that gets worse as you workout out is very bad. An example is my lower back. Some ab exercises cause unbearable pain in my back so I so immediately; others cause abdominal muscle burn which is what I want. Good luck!

Your bodys not used to working out those muscles so they're always a little sore at first. I know my legs are killing me!
