Squats, lunges, jumping jacks, planks with leg lifts, weighted leg lifts, ... And stay away from produce with added sugar :)

A good place to start would be drinking tons of water.
You could also try using lotions twice a day in your target areas and exfoliating your skin before taking a shower.
As for workouts; squats, single leg lunges, side lunges and kick backs help tremendously.

I'm not a doctor or fitness coach nor do I play one on tv, but I hope this helps

Yeah there was a post with the same question awhile ago, u should search for it. I suggest u try to lose weight and make the muscles more toned. U can also use creams but I'm not sure if those would work or not. Do jumping lunges, squats, mountain climbers, wall sits and if u have a jump/skipping rope that would be great

Ur welcome. I think it would work though If u were to build muscle and tighten the area. And basically, just focus on diet and exercise to gain muscle and lose fat.
