I desperately need a work out schedule for when I'm at the gym, what do you think I should do.

Its my first time and I feel like I am just hopping machines

I weight 200 and want to be at 180 (first goal) but down to 160 in all, please help

Start off slow. Cardio can be done every day. There are long workouts on this app that do a little of everything. Cardio and legs, cardio and abs, etc. it takes a little Time but you will find the rhythm that works for you specifically.
