I been gone for 8 months and now that i managed to put on weight i am trying to turn it into muscle. The down side is i lost some abs and i am a dancer. So i also want to get my abs back while building muscle. Any advice? I have been in shape most my life so gaining weight was hard. Now im worried because im not sure im motivated enough to do all i need. I could use workout buddies and advice. Thanks very much.

Haha i've been searching for the same! :D I have done some workouts but then holydays came and.. You know the rest! :D

Find the thread 'Motivation Group' started by Jose M. There are a lot of us in the same boat. If you follow any of us we will follow back. Always a word of encouragement when a workout is complete. In the meantime, start short. 10-15 min on something casual. If you feel good or get the rush, then so 25-30 min after that. I usually do between 30-45 min 6 days a week. I hope that helps. :)
