Target areas (arm vaginas)
Does any one know some good exercises/workouts for some specific areas? Im trying to loose/tone the top inner and outer thighs, "love handles" and lower abs, and idk exactly how to describe it but like where your arm connects to your body at the front (arm vaginas). Any suggestions would be really great, im currently doing a mix of yoga, cardio and full body workouts but id like to add some specific workouts for my main targrt areas :)
For your thighs do squats and for your love handles oblique twists.
