Target areas (arm vaginas)

Does any one know some good exercises/workouts for some specific areas? Im trying to loose/tone the top inner and outer thighs, "love handles" and lower abs, and idk exactly how to describe it but like where your arm connects to your body at the front (arm vaginas). Any suggestions would be really great, im currently doing a mix of yoga, cardio and full body workouts but id like to add some specific workouts for my main targrt areas :)

For your thighs do squats and for your love handles oblique twists.

You can't really spot reduce, your body decides where the fat comes off.  I'd try engaging your largest muscle groups, and more than one group at a time if fat loss is your aim.  Things like weighted lunges into bicep curls into overhead presses get a bunch of muscles all working on the same exercise

I know i cant spot reduce but as i said im currently doing a solid mix of yoga, cardio and a full body workout. Ill be adding weight training soon, i dont really have much fat to loose an im seeing excellent results from what im doing but i really want to find exercises to specifically work those few areas as they are hard stubborn areas that i fond dont get worked as often as the rest of my body does.
