Try this bro, you'll be burning those arms, trust me. Dips (3 sets of 10 reps), hammer curls (3 sets of 10-12 reps), close grip push ups (3 sets of 10 reps), bicep isolation curls (3 sets of 12-15 reps per arm), then finish it off with tricep extensions (3 sets of 10-12 reps).
