Have yall ever walk up and down the stairs for Exercise? If you did .do it helps your stomach?

Walk up and down is kinda a workout but will take a bit a slow run would be a lot better and faster

Since you can't really spot train... Your best bet is cardio like that and as you lose weight it will start coming off your stomach as well. Running and walking up steps can be quite the exercise, my father lost lots of weight doing that at work during his downtime.

Yeah, you can't spot reduce. Diet is key and cardio is a must!
