My next goal is to Improve on calisthenics. If you have any info/advice on calisthenics/yoga programs and workout variations please link to my post. Thanks in advance

Vinyasa Yoga *E this is the best yoga workout I know mate & Erin has quite a few created. 

I'm not the best at the calisthenics though as I prefer to lift iron but good luck with it

Using calisthenics how would you work the biceps without pull ups or chin ups?

That's pretty much the only way, other than push-up variations, that I would work the arms.

Push ups, inverted rows, and bicep flexion while pushing the contracting arm down are some of the things I have used when weights aren't around.
