hi there, If anyone had such a problem guide me a tips how to deal with it. I am trying not to over load myself with trainings
but still want to train more
I've got exactly the same problem.
What I'm doing is cardio and lower body exercises that require minimum lifting.
And lot of stretches.
If you get the blood pumping it will be much easier to recover, but also learn to listen to your own body. If you think you're forcing it too much then rest for a bit longer
thank, though I am going pretty full work out, I have no pain just in some position I feel crunch like, in my hand.
I tried to eliminate exercises than make me feel not comfortable.
I guess what I am asking is probably an advise for particular exercise, or workouts that would help me recover faster.
