I like creating yoga sessions targeting specific issues.
Yoga for Hangover (AW) - this might come in handy during the weekend :)
Good Morning Yoga (AW) - a nice morning stretch
Yoga for Cold (AW) - you don't have to be ill to do this. It's a nice, soothing yin yoga session.
I try to always write thorough explanations on how to move from pose to pose and so on, but sometimes the audio goes missing. I recommend reading through the instructions for each pose first.
