I thought it might be good to have a thread to share our Created Workouts.
Let's boost exposure within the community. Let's do each others workouts rate & comment.

This is for Thomas who asked for some suggestions

The first workout won't link. It's in my created file and is called "Sk's BOOB JOB" - a push-up workout focusing on all areas of the chest

Two full body workouts using weight

More full body stuff using weight! 

I can keep going coz I've created a ton of workouts so it might be better to check out my created file on my profile and choose what would suit

I like creating yoga sessions targeting specific issues.

Yoga for Hangover (AW) - this might come in handy during the weekend :)
Good Morning Yoga (AW) - a nice morning stretch
Yoga for Cold (AW) - you don't have to be ill to do this. It's a nice, soothing yin yoga session.

And some balance sessions to help work on balance to make progress in yoga or if you otherwise want to improve your balance.
Balance Work 1 (AW)
Balance Work 2 (AW)
Balance Work 3 (AW)

I try to always write thorough explanations on how to move from pose to pose and so on, but sometimes the audio goes missing. I recommend reading through the instructions for each pose first.

Just what I needed! I noticed that my balance was absolutely horrible doing a few workouts yesterday! I was wondering what I could do to fix it

Guys go try The Calorie Monster (Fat blaster) and THE ABZILLA (Ab destroyer) workouts. You will be burning so much, it's intense baby.

I'd rather have you punch me in the face! No but seriously, it was a good thing I did the cheese grater because it was the final push to start working my abs. So I should thank you.

You're welcome. And in all seriousness I highly suggest having a strong lower back before attempting The Suffering. Those dragon flags are a killer.
