Ok. So this morning I made a new workout to use at guards for a remedial training. I need a couple testers to try it for me before 4:00 pm CST Saturday. Who's game!?

Did it Christa! It was a nice change of pace & kept to a good tempo & flow. 
I skipped the rests & transitions through

I took out a lot of the rests and put in an exercise or two I think it is a little more balanced. I'll be doing it saturday.

Done the side shuffles were new for me but the rest of it was fun, skiped the last few stretches sorry but it's a nice looking workout

The side shuffles replace the hiesman shuffle. As you can see I can't spell it haha

Two new workouts I've made. One is a short 6 min ab workout the other is 23 min wall workout. A lot of rests but I think it might be ok.

Ok I tried my latest. I need more knowledgeable people to run thru it. I didn't think the forearm workouts did much but I might be wrong.
