Done the side shuffles were new for me but the rest of it was fun, skiped the last few stretches sorry but it's a nice looking workout

Two new workouts I've made. One is a short 6 min ab workout the other is 23 min wall workout. A lot of rests but I think it might be ok.

Ok I tried my latest. I need more knowledgeable people to run thru it. I didn't think the forearm workouts did much but I might be wrong.
