Is it good for your body to do random workouts everyday without having a real plan of what you are doing? Or should you have a schedule for each day working with a different part of your body?

kind of but not for a specific area that you're trying

It is not bad for you at all. A lot of people would say it's even better, because of "muscle confusion"

It's a little more difficult to track progress, like with the same workouts we can see what we did before & try to do more...

But it's great, especially if it's something you are consistently doing.  The best workout is the one you do.  If you combine it with an effort to develop good eating habits, you will surely see results.

If you're working really extra hard, or lifting weights, it's important to have rest periods for those muscles, but the average body weight skimble workouts are probably ok to just keep doing randomly.
