Hi guys, I'm new here, so I would like to know which program do you recommend for gaining weight, I already have my diet formed, so I just need to start working out

Calorie sense foods like nuts, beans, legumes, carbs, bananas,.nut butters (peanut butter, cacao spread etc), smoothies, protein shakes with maca powder. Workouts? Cardio, weights (not too sure)

I mean calorie DENSE haha. Foods with lots of calories and nutrients compared to foods with less calories like watermelon.
